"Thank you for the excellent care in A&E"

I would like to thank all of your staff for the excellent care my mother was given on the morning of 21/04/16. The paramedics really put mum at ease as it was the first time in an ambulance. On arrival we only had a short wait and she was seen by the doctor and the nursing team who were quick to diagnose and give pain relief. Not long after that she was seen by an occupational therapist and a physio therapist who organised specialist equipment for me to take home. Next we saw a member of the Prism team and they made preparations for mum to be seen at home. We were back home within 5 hours and an hour later 2 wonderful members of staff from the Prism team came to mum's house to see how they could help her at home. Mum has recently moved to the area from Bedfordshire and she has never had such good treatment you are all worth your weight in gold thank you so much xx
