"Lovely friendly staff"

So today was the day of my procedure (cystoscopy). I was so scared and worried about it and my appointment was at 11am I arrived around 10.30am to be told I had to go to get bloods done and a ultra sound which I wasn't expecting but both were fine.

They also told me I had to go back later on which then meant I had a 4 hour wait in total. Which wasn't great as it added to me nerves.

In the end when I arrived back for my procedure it was all fine,

Yes the cystoscopy was painful and uncomfortable.

But the environment was all lovely and clean.

The staff I couldn't complain one thing about any of them.

The receptionist/ nurses etc were all amazing, such lovely staff and very friendly they all made me feel very much at ease.

So taking everything into consideration yes the procedure wasn't nice but the staff were truly amazing and I'm very grateful to them all.
