"Arrogant and unprofessional"

I rang 111 and given an appointment at Peterlee urgent care centre, greeted by an arrogant nurse practitioner who came across as disinterest and didn't listen to anything I said. Partner had stayed home with our 2 young children and had been called out for a breakdown for his job, he had text messaged to see if I'd been seen, the care practitioner told me to get out of the room as they had other people to see. When I tried to explain it was just my partner I got the same abuse and told to leave. I've therefore had to endure a night of being extremely unwell and had an emergency appointment at my GP practice to receive the correct treatment
