What I liked
Attended the Urgent Care Centre with a shoulder injury. Doctor, radiographer and nurse were pleasant and helpful, and I was in and out in just under 2 hours, which inluded an x-ray, a repeat X-ray, a sling, and a phone call to arrange a fracture clinic appointment at Watford Hospital, as this was more convenient for me. I think this was brilliant, especialy since the Centre seemed quite busy.
What could be improved
It was a little disconcerting to see that the receptionists didn't wear name badges. Nor did they smile!
