Excellent. Waited only 35 mins in pathology despite the room being full at 8am on a Friday. Nurse technique and manner great.

Whilst delighted to get the feedback, we can't take all the credit - the blood clinic service at our hospitals is run by a separate NHS organisation called the Pathology Partnership, which manages the same services at six NHS hospital groups across the East of England.
We'll make sure that we pass your comments on to them so that in turn they can share them with the staff team here at the Lister.
