What I liked

I liked the way my wife was treated, she has been in for almost 5 week's and the Nurses and other staff have been a god send, She started in Ocelot then on to Trafalgar, now at the moment she is in ICU, still very poorly and being well cared for by the staff in ICU and they are doing a terriffic job, you are treated with respect when you go in and they explain what has been happening and what's going on, and it is all explained in plain english not doctor's gobaldy gook. The ICU has 100% respect from Myself and my Daughter. God bless them all

What could be improved

With respect to the hospital, the main entrance, as you walk out of the hospital by the security desk the smell of Cigarette smoke is disgusting as the door's open automatically the smoke just waft's straight in, and I myself am a smoker.

Keep it clean SMOKERS!!!
