What I liked

Ward areas were constantly being cleaned. The staff were very friendly and helpful

What could be improved

I was in a surgical ward and would have liked more clinical information about the way my operation went. I also received no information about post operative side effects other than the need for pain relief

Anything else?

The catering "patient choice menu" system doesnt seem to be able to cope with patients in a particular bed who change during the day. I ended up with the meals chosen by my predecessor, and I assume that the patient who occupied my bed after me ended up with my choice of meals
