"visit to cardiology outpatients was less than..."

About: King's Mill Hospital

I recently attended outpatients cardiology having been referred back after investigation at Sheffield Hallamshire. The first words from the consultant were "I don't know what you yare doing here" this did not instill a great deal of confidence. The consultation continued in what I can only describe as going through the process. I am amazed at the difference in the way people are treated between yourselves and Sheffield. Sheffield gave me confidence and a feeling that as a patient I mattered. How much difference at Kings Mill where I got the feeling that I was considered a nuisance when all I was doing is repeating what I was told at Sheffield. I have been a patient at Kings Mill during the last few years and was mostly happy with my treatment I can only assume things are getting worse not better.
