"not happy at all"

About: Priory Hospital Ticehurst

My sister was admitted to this hospital she seemed to settle in fine at first concidering she had been through a traumatic time after a week then she started to have problems with a member of staff when reported it seems she wasnt belived in which was frustrating for us as she was so distressed when we spoke to her and as a sister i no my sister wouldnt lie to me so i no for sure things wernt good for her in this hospital i felt she was neglected and kept having to ask for things and waiting a long time to be seen she had no therapy their in all the time she was their from what i understand and when she was moved to another hospital i wasnt even informed in her move which i find digusting as she was so distressed i decided not to put in a formal complaint because as far as im concerned they did me a favour as my sister is doing so well in her new hospital and the staff are so friendly and nice to her i decided to leave a review for people who relatives are put here as i feel its not acceptable to be treated this way as a mentle health patient
