"Exemplary care in a well run friendly department"

I am having treatment for Macular degeneration. This was pick up and a treatment plan made by the doctor.

I am aware that the drug injected is very expensive and I count myself so fortunate that we in this area can get this treatment quickly.

Staff who run the department, nurses, care assistants and clerical staff are all without reservation kind helpful and professional.

In the theatre when the treatment is given the staff are very caring and supportive, it's a scary process and a air of calmness helps a lot.

Thanks also needs to go to the back room staff especially the person who sorts out the difficult time table this care takes with endless flexibility they fit us all in.
