"poor"

Well the main problem do me was I got rang for an adhoc appointment turned up no one knew anything about it not once but twice! Had out patients appointment given before mri. Got my "emergency" mri date the same day as outpatients appointment so then had to cancel wasting an appointment slot that someone in need could have had. Now I have to wait nearly another month for an out patients appointment so in total I would have been off for 2 months and I am still not sure if I had to be off. But don't want to risk further damage . So pretty poor service in the way of being organised.

The left arm doesn't know what the right is doing.
