Went into this hospital as a NHS patient to have my gallbladder removed.
Was extremely nervous as I have not been to any hospital for 26 years.
I can only commend the efficiency and level of care I received.
Nothing was to much trouble and no question to silly to ask.
The professionalism of the staff on all levels only served to make me feel totally confident in having my procedure.
It just ran like clockwork and I felt incredibly lucky to be able to have my own room with ensuite and people popping in and checking on me at all stages .
My accommodation was spotless and I had a very nice view of the garden.
Well done Rowley Hall I wouldnt' hesitate in recommending or using you again
