i was made to wait, the nurses were very respectful and sypathetic, doctor treated me and advised next steps. i could not fault the quality of service and advice given.

Dear Nick - thank you for taking the time and trouble to post your views of the Minor injuries unit here at Southmead Hospital. I was pleased to learn you had a positive experience and received good care from the staff who were "respectful and sympathetic". I am also glad you also received advice about your condition going forward.
