"Care"

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

Whilst I cannot complain about the treatment my mother received from the day staff on CDU the night care leaves a lot to be desired. Last Thursday night my sister and I were spoken to by a very condescending person on night duty and on Saturday night my mother told the night nurse! she had split her drink of chocolate on herself. The nurse did nothing about this and left my mother in a wet night gown and left the drink spilled on the floor. What happened to caring for patients. Maybe night caring needs to be looked into.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on your mother's experiences whilst on the Clinical Decision Unit at Tunbridge Wells Hospital. We were concerned to learn about your mother's treatment by the night staff and will pass your comments on to the Matron for the A & E department. If you would like us to investigate further, please do not hesitate to contact the PALS office at mtw-tr.palsoffice@nhs.net with your mother's details. With kind regards, the PALS team
