"Terrible!"

About: Herts & Essex Community Hospital

At my last two appointments I have been given specific medication to last until my next appointment which would be sent out to me by the hospital. On both occasions, the hospital have forgotten to send me new appointments, so this time, like the last time, I have run out of medication again!

When I phone the hospital to try to get an appt, I can never get through and if, after hours of perseverance,

I am lucky enough to speak to someone, I am told it will be another 3 months before an appointment is available.

I am again sitting here with no medication and no appointment.

I will have to try to get an appointment with my GP to see if they can manage to get me an appointment sometime within this decade! Not good enough.
