Was taken by ambulance after dislocating my knee. Was put in a freezing hallway on the trolley and left. No one came to see me and no one I old me what was happening.

Asked for a pillow for my leg but was refused until a nurse gave me a blanket to fold up.

All the nurses made me feel extremely un easy as every time I asked what was going on they cut me off saying I would get seen when they were free even though they were all sat eating crumpets.

Eventually I was Xrayed and then a doctor who clearly hadn't done the English test as the doctor spoke very poor English put a crepe bandage on my knee and sent me on my way with.no infomation at all.

Terrible place with awful staff that just don't care. My doc has informed me this morning that the bandage ingredients is completely useless and the treatment they offered is completely wrong because of my ongoing medical issues.
