"Excellent centre -Where is it??????"

The centre is great, the staff great, the service is good but the address and postcode is not on the forms provided by the surgery.

Consequently a lot of folk are still going to the old centre and getting wet trying to find the new place.

I appreciate that it has now been open for a while, but I also appreciate that the feedback to the new centre appears to have not been fed back to the surgeries - yet!

maybe a comments book or similar would be a good idea to capture contemporaneous feelings & feedback while still fresh in peoples minds - which if read by staff and actioned would help.

Thank you for posting this valuable feedback, and I am pleased to read of the positive feedback about the centre and staff.

We are aware of the issue of the address still coming out from old forms, and the responsible managers are currently looking at this, and your feedback has been shared with them to inform this issue being resolved.

In relation to a comments book, the centre did have this initially, but have since moved over to the Friends and Family Test, which enables patients / visitors to comment on the service. These are regularly viewed by staff, and shared with senior staff in the Trust to inform service improvement.
