"Amazing service centre"

I visited the walk in clinic today whilst staying in London for a week. I was assessed within 5 minutes and then dealt with by a senior nurse/clinician within 25 minutes and left with a prescription to treat my symptoms / Cannot praise the whole "operation" enough. I was treated sympathetically and with due care - this is NHS service at its best - at the point of delivery they most certainly did deliver.... I was so impressed and very grateful to the front line staff who make such a difference to our experience as "walk in" customers.
