What I liked

Very poor indeed, poor medical practice. I would recommend that you obtain a copy of your medical records, and find a hospital that is patient focused, and who have good medical practice. Do your own research, be in charge of your own health care.

What could be improved

Being patient-focused, improved good medical practice, copies of all medical correspondence to the patient. Much improvement is needed at this hospital in the basics of 'good medical practice'.

Anything else?

I would recommend that York Hospital provide a form for patients and carers to complete regarding their Health Outcomes and Patient Experience to improve the service. Basic 'good medical practice' has been lost for some reason.
