Saw a brilliant nurse practioner this morning. They were knowledgable sympathetic and very professional.Discussed al aspects of my illness fully with me and how it would be treated also things to avoid to save a further occurrence of my problem.
I cannot praise this member of staff too highly.
If all nhs staff were as helpful and professional as they were there would never be any complaints.
A credit to their profession.
