"So so so welcoming and understanding"

About: BPAS Richmond CC/Clinic

I went to the clinic nervous and scared of what was ahead of me but from the moment I walked in all staff were so caring and non judgemental (which I was worried about) I was treated there for a period of two days and both days I was treated with respect and couldn't have asked for better treatment. Only negative thing I have to say about the clinic is I had my mother and mother in law with me and I wasn't allowed to see both at the same time and they were not allowed to drink for the time I was there which all together was a period of 14 hours!

Apart from that I don't think enough people know about this clinic and it needs to be put out there!! Fantastic.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback, we are very grateful for your comments which will be passed on to the relevant Manager and staff.

I am however very sorry for any confusion around your mother and mother in law being allowed to have refreshments. I can assure you that this matter will be looked into.

Kind regards, Pam Field, BPAS Client Engagement Manager (email: clientservices@bpas.org).
