"Poor experience of ACU at City Hospital"

About: Peterborough City Hospital / Hepatology

(as the patient),

I have to go from time to time for them to move blood. The unit is very new and clean. But I have decided to go to Blood Service for this treatment instead. AT Peterborough many of the nursing staff are unable to insert a needle first second or even third time. After lots of trying and unnecessary bruising I gave up. The people who treated me were nice people but pretty useless at their jobs.
