I got my braces fitted here and it was a great service. Every time I would go to get them adjusted the orthodontists would get straight to the point and be nice and quick about it but they would also take care and be gentle with the treatment.

The receptionists are also very nice. I have now moved to London and the care is not as good as it was when I used to go to Northampton General Hospital.

My orthodontist also referred me to another hospital in London which was really helpful. The staff are great here and thank you for the fantastic treatment, it was really appreciated.

Thanks for letting us know about your experience of having your braces fitted by our staff here at NGH.

We'll certainly pass on your comments to our orthodontic team and in the meantime hope that since being referred to another hospital you are receiving the standard of care you should rightly expect and receive.
