"Vasectomy reversal March 2016"

Appalling service. Surgeon was fantastic and majority of nurses were wonderful. But getting any information once you've committed to paying is impossible. We were messed around terribly and given incorrect information on the process for the day a number of times. We nearly withdrew two weeks before the op and it was a huge mistake not to. My wife complained and was given every assurance it was all sorted. We arrived on the day to find that half the information we had been given was misleading, a nurse was rude to my wife who was so distressed we discharged ourselves early and decided not to attend for the post op. But it didn't end there! Even after cancelling this appointment four times we still received a message reminding us to attend our appointment. Would never recommend this hospital the service is not up to the standard you will expect for the private healthcare price tag.
