What I liked

Once again I would like to thank PAH for the care that I have received with my latest problem. The staff in the Radiology dept where I have had xrays, scans and MRIs have all been very kind, and helpful.. I have also been in the Alexander Day centre for a bronoscopy in October, and the Doctor was so good trying to put me at ease, and all the other staff, porters nurses there were so helpful.

The secretaries of the different Consultants have been so helpful when I have had queries about my operation etc. I cannot thank the Consultants and Surgeon and their teams for giving me such care, even though I had my lung operations at the Heart hospital, the Staff at PAH were there at the end of the phone if I was worried.

I have stayed at the PAH over the last 4 years, once for 5 days over Xmas 2005 and the nurses were great, also for an overnight stay last year and cannot find any fault with the nurses or the care.

So thankyou to everybody and keep up the good work that you do.

What could be improved

Parking.
