I attended a consultation on Thursday 11th February 2010 on the ECG ward (ward 6) at Hartlepool General.
I have been suffering with some chest pains which were obviously a concern.
My appointment was at 1.30pm and the staff were awaiting my arrival and this started promptly.
The consultation lasted nearly 2 hours and the staff throughout were
- courteous
- friendly
- calming
- used humour
-sensitive to my concerns
I would just like to say a big thank you to them all
