(as the patient),

In my experience the hot meals brought to the ward were always cold

and it was my view that the Staff Abuse the service users phsyically and verbally

and the Staff cannot be bothered to Engage with service users.

I also felt the Staff fail to respond to concerns about service users psyical health

In my Opinion this place is just a disaster waiting to happen

We are very concerned to hear about your experience. This is not the experience that service users should receive in any of our units and is clearly unacceptable.
