"Mobile phone use by the consultant"

I attended the gynea department on the 13th april 2016 .Was seen on time the staff were lovely.I was shocked though when as i began to explaine my symptoms the consultants mobile rang and they took the call and left the room.I felt i was an inconvenience and when i tried to asks questions was met with an attitude of you dont need to concern yourself with that.I was in and out within ten minutes and that included an examination .Far too rushed when youre discussing treatment and operations.
