"Father had stroke and no one realised until we..."

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

i went to visit my husband yesterday evening bearing in mind I had just left him at 4pm that day, when I went to his bedside he was slurring his words, his face had fallen at one side and he was totally incoherent, his eyes were black.

he had had a stroke and no one on the ward had realised!!!!!!

His food had been brought and taken away without any one realising he had had a stroke, how can this happen in the two hours I was away, surely they are checked on.

Also his water was left out of his reach, so he had not had any water from me leaving him at 4pm.

I had to go and find a nurse and tell her my husband had had a stroke and demand she gets a doctor
