"Parking at st.helens hospital"

I have just been to st.helens hospital parking at the disabled car parking at the lilac centre, being disabled and walking with sticks, there was a large white van parked across the drop down curb which made it difficult to get off the curb, and it would have compromised anybody in a wheelchair, could you please pass this on to the drivers who do this to have consideration for others., it is not the first I have noticed this.
