The staff an Penrith Hospital are very helpful. This was the second occasion I have visited it in two weeks. The first was with my daughter who had broken her wrist. The staff were very kind, caring and thorough. This was the same on my visit with a persistent nose bleed. It was quiet on both occasions but we cannot fault the care given. My daughter thought the staff were so kind she sent a special thank-you card (it is quite difficult to please an 11 year old!).
