"Phones really bad 17 attempts can't get through..."

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

The staff are brilliant, but let down with the inability to make any contact about relative by phone.

You often have to call double figure times, throughout the day.

I know staff busy, but when you live so far away, and need to enquire about family member, this is horrendous.

Do you not have an admin to deal with this???????

Would have given 5 stars if not for this.

Just please put yourself in our shoes.

Its not the staff as they are run off their feet, please sort it.

Many thanks for your feedback regarding Geriatric medicine at Royal Blackburn Hospital and thank you for taking the time to do so.

I am really pleased that you felt the staff were brilliant but so sorry that you have been unable to contact the ward for details about your family member, I can understand your frustration.
