"Best Hospital We Have Visited"

My husband, had a knee operation at the Horton on 31.03.16 and the facilities were first rate together with the staff in all areas of the hospital.

Every member of staff in the hospital went out of their way to be friendly, helpful and provide the best service possible.

I would also like to mention the restaurant staff who went out of their way to be helpful in every way towards anyone who required service.

They were extremely happy and nothing was too much trouble as I witnessed when an elderly couple arrived at 2:10 pm (the husband had been having treatment) and although the restaurant was officially closed at 2:00 pm, the staff opened up the food counter and provided them with a hot meal which they looked like they needed.

It was no trouble and done with a smile.

I was even helped to use the water machine when I looked a bit blank at which button to press by one of the hospital security staff.

The staff employed from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors is a credit to the Horton Hospital.

5 star hospital and staff! :)
