"Minor Injuries Unit"

Visited Ripon Minor Injuries unit yesterday after my husband suffered a fall from height (11th April 2016).

I cannot praise the whole team enough, from the moment we arrived we were treated with such professionalism & kindness.

Unlike other local A & E's we felt that we "mattered" and weren't just a number.

The staff there were absolutely brilliant - and kept us smiling throughout the whole process.

If you could please pass on my thanks to yesterday's team - I'd really appreciate it.....they really went above and beyond.

The standard of care was fantastic - it really came across just how much they all cared about their patients. 110% all round.....many thanks for all your help.
