"Unhappy with discharge"

I had my Gaul bladder out on november 19th the dr who came ti see me before op didn't seem to know that i was staying in even through a dr had recommended it then when i was i recovery the nurse didn't even know and was going to send me to the wrong ward i had to wait 2 hours fir a bed then on discharge day dr had no after care avaliabe whats so ever so their for was ill at home after taking cocodamal which im not supposed to take any way my main point being is that my letter was not ready and after waiting 45 min still didn't recieve it so left and didn't even get a follow up appointment.
