I was so shocked to find myself in ward 30 very recently following an 'out of the blue' arterial flutter/ablation. To say shocked is almost an understatement!
A trip to A&E resulted in a 4 day stay.
I cannot praise the staff highly enough both in A &E & Ward 30. Everything was explained to me thoroughly & everyone was polite & curteous & so kind. The main thing for me was that I was just so frightened. The staff noticed this & were so reassuring & comforting. This was across every level from the consultant to the nurses & even the staff that brought my meals & cleaned the room. This was a great comfort to me & my husband as it helped to get me through it. I cannot thank you all enough.
