"Excellent service"

I have just visited James Paget Hospital Hearing Aid Services for the second time.

The first visit was to be fitted with two hearing aids to help my tinitus, the staff were very considerate of my condition and the fact that this was very new to me.

Time was taken to ensure i felt at ease and was happy with my aids and comfortable and confident to carry on with them.

Today was a check up that no problems had occured the member of staff fitted new inserts to make them more comfortable for me. I can not speak highly enough of the service and help i have received from all the staff at James Paget.

I was treated like i was very special which made it a very pleasent experience.
