My husband had to attend this hospital for a detached retina. All staff that dealt with my husband were very friendly, patient, informative and professional. It's too early to know the results of the operation, but we were very happy with how we were treat.
The surgeon was very friendly, clear and didn't rush us at all and we could ask any questions without feeling they were too busy to deal with us.
The staff on ward 55 were really friendly. A particular member of staff looked after my husband before and after the operation and another staff member did an excellent job of keeping him as comfortable as possible during the operation. A nurse also let us come to see them the next day to help with his drops as we'd been unable to go home overnight.
The doctor the following day was very informative and friendly and we're both pleased with how this hospital and staff looked after us on this occasion. Thank you
