"First Class Service"

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

I ended up in the A&E department following an Anaphylactic shock from the service I received from 111 to the first responder Ambulance staff and the fantastic Nurse I know you said no names but they really do need recognising I cannot say how pleased I was with the care I received.

I have a real fear of Hospitals but I was put at ease treated with care and dignity and I can't praise the NHS enough for the care I received.

Thankyou

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding our emergency department. I am always pleased to read lovely comments, like yours, on the care and treatment patients have received. I have shared these kind words with the teams involved, who I am sure, will be delighted and greatly encouraged by them. The ambulance service is run by South Central Ambulance who can be contacted via their website www.scas.nhs.uk.
