"Waste of time"

About: New Cross Hospital

Saw minor injuries for small piece of wood in my leg. Nurse confirmed they push in further so attend A&E. After 4.5 hours doc ordered xrays.

Staff told me small wood not show up (as I already knew) doc had assured me that it would. Outcome - still in my leg not show up as predicted. They adamant nothing there but i can feel it ! Happened to my son. Xray nothing and 2 weeks later half a cocktail stick surfaced under pus! Antibiotics given to me. Waste of 10 hours total and car parking charges. If it happened again would wait until after weekend and see my GP or let nature take its course like my son!
