I am a teacher in a school outside of North London, therefore my Physio appointments are difficult to book.
I had an appointment on a weekday which meant I had to leave work early, only to find out that the physio department has been closed all day due to power cuts.
I called the switchboard for further assistance as I was not notified of this early and could have saved myself the journey. In addition, the switchboard assistance was extremely rude and unhelpful I was left gobsmacked that a hospital provides such poor services.
