What I liked

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007. I was NOT given an appointment for annual mammogram in 2009 and a letter to chief executive of hospital was NOT replied to. Once again no appointment has been issued so I will have to chase up.

What could be improved

The doctors at this hospital are magnificent. The clerical/cleaning staff are good. I wouldnt put any of the nurses I have come into contact with to care for a pot plant.
