"Some staff are very helpful go ..."

We are pleased with the positives this patient found whilst an inpatient at The Christie and we will feed this information back to the teams as far as we can. Unfortunately, as the comments are anonymous, we are not aware which ward this patient stayed on but staff on all inpatient wards will be reminded to ensure patients are given the appropriate attention. We were surprised at the comment on toilets and bathrooms as we do pay particular attention to these areas and recently achieved the highest mark at the PEAT inspection which included patient representatives and governors. We would urge any patient or their relatives to make us aware of any problem with the environment and we will do our utmost to put the problem right.
