"lovely and helpful"

I just wanted to say how helpful Jessica has been. She helped provide lots of things to make my life much easier like hand rails, a commode, rails in the bath, a walking stick etc.

Whenever she arranged to come round she was spot on time. she even cleaned up after the man had been to fit the rails which I thought was lovely because it isn’t really her job.

She said I should get in touch with her straight away if I ever need anything else. She was so lovely and helpful I thought she deserved a special mention!
