I have waited weeks for a letter to come through for the Ear, Nose and Mouth clinic. Finally one came through and I immediately picked up the phone to book the appointment. I booked an appointment for April at Tunbridge Wells hospital which was several weeks away.
Over the weekend I received mulitple letters, all the same, saying my appointment was another date, which is just over another month away. I called to ask if this was correct and the person on the other end of the line said yes. I asked why the date changed and no one could give me an answer. No where is the letter did it mention my old appointment.
If this one is cancelled, how much longer do I have to wait.
