Sorry , just a quick review. Receptionist was rude and obnoxious, not what you expect to be greeted by . I'm a trained receptionist so know a little about communication skills and friendliness. Just awful . Visited Percy Phillips ward Sunday pm.

Dear Anonymous - thank you for taking the time and trouble to post your views of your poor experience when visiting Percy Phillips ward yesterday. I apologise that the receptionist was rude and obnoxious. This is certainly not the attitude we would expect from our staff and I am sorry for any offence or distress this caused.
I have fed your comments back to the Women and Children's directorate for them to be aware and take appropraite action.
