(as the patient),

I have been attending the leg ulcer clinic in orpington and bromley for the last 5 years and cannot praise more highly the care and attention that I have received especially from Theresa Grieves or Green. She has gone out of her way to be helpful and thoughtful I. e. delivering extra packs of stockings and cream to my home address to save me making special journeys to Thank you Theresa.
