"Excellent staff and service"

I brought my Mum, who has Alzheimer's, to the fracture clinic yesterday as she had broken her arm. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating of the difficulties experienced by someone with dementia. I can't thank them all enough for making Mum's experience as good as it could have been.
