so i went to a&e , gave them the letter that urgetn centre from middlessex gave me.. sat down and wait it was really busy that time a lot of kids crying. and the waiting venue are full.. inwas thinkinh i will be waiting here for about 2 hrs.. but no.. they did prioritise me first.. i understand because my condtion might not look serious but inside it is.. waited atleast less than an hour which is not bad..

everyone was very nice.. looked after me very well even though theyre busy.. i dont realy understand why a lot of bad comments sometimes u just have to understand that its not their fault that their understaffed, or that theyre busy.. ive been a good nhs customer of northwick park and no complains yet i even gave birth here twice..

so tap your back guys, your doing really well,. i know a lot of patients do not understand how hard you guys have been working.. have faith and thank you for your services.. dont matter about the complains as long as u saved lives and know that ur looking after them then your doing your job..
