About: Westmorland General Hospital / Langdale Unit

(as a relative),

A big thank you to all the staff on Langdale South Ward, Westmorland General Hospital. They were all very kind and friendly towards Mum and to us, the family. We felt we were important in the care and treatment that was going on. Communication was excellent and has continued to be now that Mum is home. Thank you!

Thank you for your posting. I am very grateful to you for taking the time to feed back your experience.

I was very pleased to read your lovely comments about the kind and friendly approach taken by the team and that you all felt an important part of your Mums care and treatment. I'm also delighted to hear that communication was excellent. We recognise the value of good communication and work hard to constantly improve our communications skills and so it is particularly pleasing to receive such positive feedback.
